Distribution Centre closed between 23rd December and 1st January

We know you’re eager to get your wine, and we can’t wait to send it to you but as a rurally-based small distribution center, sometimes it takes a couple of days for us to get your wine to the courier. Our site has Fastway Couriers integration service, with automatic shipping calculations and processing. 

Liquor may only be delivered during the following hours:

  • between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday and Anzac Day. and Christmas Day
  • between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m on Sunday.
  • between 12 noon and 11 p.m on Anzac Day.

No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

The supply of liquor is restricted to a maximum of 24 bottles of wine per customer, per day.


All wines delivered to you by Made the Grampians Way are covered by our quality guarantee. On the rare occasion that this is compromised, Made the Grampians Way may accept returns from our customers provided the following:

The customer must contact Made the Grampians Way Service team within 30 days of the delivery with relevant order information. The customer is required to take the goods to their local post office to arrange for a return. The goods must be in good order and adequately packed in the original packaging. Upon the receipt and validation of the returned goods, Made the Grampians Way will issue a refund or replacement of the goods to the customer.

Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another vintage.


Made the Grampians Way is committed to compliance with Australia’s National Privacy Principles (NPPs).

Collection of Information

We will only collect your personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to carry on business.  We will identify ourselves and the purpose for collecting personal information at the time of collecting this information.

Primarily collection of data by Made the Grampians Way, will be for the purpose of keeping subscribers informed about the development of our business, for supplying customers with products ordered, and for improving the way we do business.  Types of information we will collect, include name, address, phone number, date of birth, historical transaction records, contracts and communications such as letters, faxes and e-mail.

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

Made the Grampians Way will only use personal information to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, or as otherwise required by law. Address and contact information may be disclosed to third parties (such as an external mail house or courier) for the purpose fulfilling orders.

Access and Correction

When Made the Grampians Way holds information about an individual, on request by that individual we will allow them reasonable access to their personal information, without compromising the security of other individual’s personal information. Should an individual request their personal information be destroyed and cease to be collected, Rathbone Wine Group  will comply with this request.


Made the Grampians Way, does not require the collection of an individual’s personal information to access our website or visit our business, unless such information is required to respond to a query, employment application or provide product.

We analyse website logs to improve the value of the website, these logs are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link them with individuals who actually browse the site.

Receipt of Goods
Delivery can be accepted and signed by anyone at the delivery address who are presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Proof of identification and evidence of proof of age may be requested to verify identity and proof of age that the person is aged eighteen years or over. The goods will not be delivered to a person under the age of eighteen years.
