Micro-winery SubRosa, founded by winemaker Adam Louder (32 harvests at 37 years) and partner Nancy Panter, produces handmade, small-batch, low intervention Viognier, Nebbiolo and Shiraz from the Grampians and Pyrenees.

SubRosa wines are crafted with passion, inspired and influenced by the rugged Grampians and Pyrenees ranges of Victoria. Carefully nurtured, SubRosa wines are created to share with friends and food. Only 400 dozen/year produced.

Wines are available at, boutique bottle shops and select restaurants across Australia.
